WARRANTY OF REVOM E-BIKE

All REVOM e-bikes are covered by a limited 2-year warranty.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear refers to damage or deterioration resulting from regular use over time.

Examples of parts subject to normal wear and tear include, but are not limited to:

  • Brake pads

  • Brake rotors

  • Chains

  • Chainrings

  • Cassettes

  • Cranksets

  • Shift and brake cables with housing

  • Hydraulic brake hoses and brake fluid

  • Tires

  • Inner tubes

  • Frame paint and decals

  • Bearings (headset, bottom bracket, front hub)

  • Spokes

Important:
REVOM may provide replacement parts and components free of charge during the warranty period. However, shipping costs are not included. Any labor or installation costs are only covered if prior authorization has been given by the REVOM after-sales team.
