We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. And we offer free shipping for areas across the United Kingdom and all European Union countries.

 

We now have 2 warehouse available, the Poland warehouse and UK warehouse. So we will ship the bikes from the nearest warehouse per your order.

 

For UK delivery address, we usually deliver within 3 working days. 

For European Union countries, We usually deliver within 5-7 working days. 

 

The shipping time mentioned above does not include the processing time of the order. Order processing time usually takes 1-3 business days.

Kindly note that the shipping guide is for reference only. The shipping time are calculated by using business days and delays maybe caused by force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control. Customers will be notified about the shipping status via email after the package been dispatched.
